LocalGovWiki is a resource developed by local government employees for local government and citizens. The mission and goal of this site is to collect and serve up knowledge about how local government is organized and managed.

If you work for local government or have any interest in the operation and organization of local government, please register and add to the collection. Or just stop by and use the site as your "everything local government" resource.

LocalGovWiki is a site set up and operated by MuniGov, an online local government group active in providing guidance and offering networking opportunities for local government employees. MuniGov is an informally organized non-profit association committed to providing free services and information under a creative commons license. All information on this site can be copied and used by anyone as long as LocalGovWiki is listed as the source, the use is for a non-commercial purpose, and any derivative works are freely shared.
